There are moments when the life we know stops answering the questions we ask. A cycle ends, a choice loses meaning or an unexpected possibility appears. The crossing begins before we know how to name it.

Between who we were and who we are becoming lies a fertile and uncomfortable interval. Old references are no longer enough, while the new has not yet found a clear form. Urgency can turn this space into a problem; presence allows us to recognize it as a process.

The crossing does not require us to deny the path behind us. Who we were also carries resources, learning and stories that can be integrated. Transformation is not erasure; it is reorganizing experience around more conscious choices.

Little by little, the path appears in concrete gestures: a conversation, a boundary, a sustained decision, a changing routine. The new does not arrive complete. It is practiced until it can become home.
